By Bus - From Bolton Town Centre
Halliwell Road is well served by several bus routes: the 525 and 526.
- Take the bus to Halliwell Road / Eskrick Street, opposite the Lloyds TSB bank and next to a church.
- Walk up Halliwell Road, passed Halliwell Conservative Club.
- Brown Cow Salon is on the left diagonally opposite a Post Office.
By Car
The salon is situated approximately half way along Halliwell Road, easily accessible from all routes of the town.
From South A666 & Bolton Town
- From the junction (traffic lights) with A666 Kay Street and Topp Way A673 drive North away from Bolton town centre towards Blackburn.
- Two petrol stations flank this road, there is a B&Q warehouse off to the right
- The road passes through 2 more traffic lights and a junction with a Citroen dealer on the left and Mercedes Benz dealer on the right.
- Follow the road to the right to another junction and traffic lights, taking the left lane opposite ‘Motor World’ into Halliwell Road.
- Drive up Halliwell Road until you reach a Lloyds TSB bank on the right and church on the left.
- Brown Cow Salon is on your left diagonally opposite a Post Office.
From North & Moss Bank Way A58
- From Moss Bank Way A58 in either direction, go to the junction of Moss Bank Way with Smithills Dean Road (North) and Halliwell Road (South).
- Turn into Halliwell Road, towards Bolton town centre, with the Ainsworth Arms pub on your left next to a bus stop.
- Drive down Halliwell Road passed a Post Office on your left, just after a pedestrian crossing.
- Brown Cow Salon is on your right, diagonally opposite.
